Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency in food service operations, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and process transactions with cash handling skills. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation protocols. Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs, upselling menu items, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed, supporting overall restaurant efficiency. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards. Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Handle cashier responsibilities including processing payments and giving correct change. Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and food industry best practices. Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen operations is advantageous. Pay: $15.00-$20.79 per hour
