We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic

Server

to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional serving--our servers take on multiple responsibilities, including hosting, bussing, running food, bartending, and making drinks. Unlike traditional restaurants where servers work in individual sections, our service model is fully

team-based

, meaning everyone works together to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner Take orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages Run food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately Buss and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including sake, wine, and cocktails Maintain a deep understanding of our menu, including ingredients and preparation methods Provide excellent customer service and anticipate guest needs Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations throughout service

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred Basic

wine knowledge

required; sake and cocktail knowledge is a plus Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Strong communication and customer service skills Responsible beverage service certification (e.g., ProServe) required A passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is an asset
