We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences at Bizarre Gastro Pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy their meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using Clover POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience. Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Assist with host/host duties during peak hours as needed.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is needed, particularly in fine dining, pub or nightclub settings. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus but not required.
