We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our team in providing beyond exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Member satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, managing food and beverage orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our clubhouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, Jonas. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring member satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and member charges. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and serving. Assist in resetting dining and event rooms for upcoming functions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant industry or food service is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are highly valued traits.
