Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced servers to join our team in providing exceptional guest services in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong hospitality skills.

Duties

Follow the service standards of Cora. Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including washrooms, tables, floors, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Assist in training new staff members on Cora service standards and procedures as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience. Must be able to work flexible hours (weekdays and weekends).
