Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant setting.
Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation
- Familiarity with the food industry practices
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial
- Bartending or food service experience is a plus
