Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our restaurant operations. Your ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system (Micros POS preferred). Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest services at all times. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

ProServe certification is preferred Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role. Join our team as a Server where your passion for hospitality will shine! Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to handle food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Contract length: 6-7 months

Pay: $15.00-$20.77 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
