Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling guidelines. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to help others in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
