We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Touch Bistro POS. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Assist in food preparation as needed during peak times or special events. Foster positive guest relationships by providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries or requests efficiently.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro POS, is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
