We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender /Server to join our dynamic events and serving team. As a Bartender/Server , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while crafting a variety of beverages and cocktails and serving our guests. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guest satisfaction will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders . Monitor customer behavior for signs of intoxication and take appropriate action as needed. .

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in bartending and serving roles. Strong understanding of food safety practices and alcohol regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques is a plus, but a must
