Overview: We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious cocktails for our patrons. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service - Process customer payments accurately using cash handling procedures - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving food - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar area and cleaning glassware Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with food safety regulations when handling and serving food - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change If you are passionate about bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for this position.
