Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to be part of our team at Ajisen Ramen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

Skills

Guest Experience: Create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to our guests. Order Accuracy: Take orders with precision, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery of dishes. Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu offerings and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience. You must memorize the menu and its allergens, as well as our brand history and origins. Cleanliness and Ambiance: Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable dining moments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
