Track rankings, traffic, and--most importantly--conversions
Lead Generation & Funnels
Design and optimize
high-converting landing pages & funnels
Improve conversion rates (forms, calls, booked appointments)
Collaborate on paid search & paid social strategy (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
A/B test headlines, CTAs, offers, and layouts
Integrate and optimize CRM workflows (lead routing, follow-ups, automations)
Sales & Revenue Alignment
Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure
leads turn into revenue
Analyze lead quality, cost per acquisition, close rates, and ROI
Help refine offers, messaging, and pricing positioning
Build reporting dashboards clients actually care about
Required
3+ years experience in SEO, lead generation, or growth marketing
Proven track record of generating
qualified leads
, not fluff traffic
Strong understanding of
local SEO
for service-based businesses
Conversion-rate optimization mindset
Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to connect marketing activity to
