proven Lead Generation Specialist

to help drive qualified leads and accelerate our next phase of growth.

The Role

As our

Lead Generation Specialist

, you'll take full ownership of Redline's digital lead generation strategy from planning and execution to optimization. You'll build and manage high-performing multi-channel campaigns, craft compelling marketing assets, and leverage data insights to maximize conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute full-funnel lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Create engaging landing pages, lead magnets, ad copy, and automated nurture sequences. Track and analyze performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) using GA4 and CRM dashboards. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements. Manage CRM workflows and integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align messaging and drive consistent growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience

in lead generation and digital marketing. Hands-on expertise with paid media management and funnel optimization. Strong grasp of key marketing metrics, analytics, and conversion tracking. Proficient with tools such as ClickFunnels, GA4, HubSpot, and major ad platforms. Excellent copywriting and campaign execution skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Bonus Skills

Automotive or retail marketing experience. SEO and organic lead generation knowledge. Basic design ability (Canva, Figma). Familiarity with marketing attribution models.
