Summary
We're hiring a Marketing & Lead Development Manager to create interest, qualify prospects, and book first meetings for our various solutions such as nurse call, access control, and cloud telephony. You'll run targeted campaigns, respond to inbound inquiries quickly, develop partner programs, and hand off well-documented opportunities to the sales team. Note, this is
not
a closing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaigns and Outreach
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, search, website, webinars).
Build audience lists by industry (senior-living, healthcare, public sector, multi-site enterprise).
Create landing pages and short nurture sequences; keep one-pagers, case studies, and slides current.
Manage the company's social media presence
Lead Handling and Qualification
Watch inbound channels (website forms, phone, events) and reply within two business hours during office hours.
Run short discovery calls to confirm fit, needs, timing, and buying roles.
Book meetings for sales/solutions engineers and capture clear notes and next steps in the CRM.
Monitor RFP site and triage opportunities
Partner and Channel Marketing
Co-market with manufacturer partners (joint webinars, lunch-and-learns, co-branded assets).
Plan and track use of partner marketing funds; manage partner portal tasks (deal registration, proof of performance, claims).
Events with Real Follow-Through
Select and execute a small number of trade shows and micro-events.
Drive pre-event outreach, on-site lead capture, and post-event follow-ups that result in booked meetings.
Marketing Operations and Reporting
Keep CRM and ERP records clean (contacts, roles, activities, next actions).
Use Apollo for list building and sequences; coordinate Five9 for marketing automation and contact data.
Publish simple weekly dashboards: new leads created, first meetings booked, response times, and campaign spend versus results.

A steady monthly volume of new qualified prospects.
A healthy share of first meetings turning into active sales opportunities.
Fast response times to new inquiries.
Partner and event programs that pay for themselves within one quarter.
Clear, complete handoffs to sales with discovery notes and agreed next steps.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
1-3 years in B2B marketing or lead development within tech, telecom/systems integration, security, communications, or healthcare technology.
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified first meetings and pipeline through campaigns and partner programs.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools, prospecting tools (Apollo), and basic analytics.
Strong phone presence and crisp, value-focused writing.
Highly organized; builds repeatable processes and hits deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with senior-living/healthcare, municipalities, or multi-site enterprises.
Familiarity with Canadian public-sector/healthcare procurement and common RFP portals.
Basic design skills (Canva/PowerPoint) and comfort with simple campaign reporting.
Working Conditions
Hybrid office/client-site model; occasional evening webinar or event support.
Travel for client meetings, partner sessions, and selected events (~10-20%).
