Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Awareness

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation Create engaging content for email, social media, web, and print Manage website, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising campaigns Plan and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community initiatives

Business Development

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with property managers, insurance adjusters, restoration consultants, and commercial clients Conduct outreach and presentations to prospective clients Build and maintain strategic partnerships and referral networks Track sales pipeline activity and conversion metrics

Strategic Initiatives

Research market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy Support proposal writing, quoting, and client onboarding processes Collaborate with operations and project management to ensure excellent customer service and retention Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and social media platforms Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and cross-functionally
