Job Description

We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking an experienced, multi-talented designer to help us make impactful, user-friendly websites, and empower mission-driven organizations with digital strategy to make the world a better place.

You will participate in discovery, design, and implementation phases of projects large and small, ensuring the design objectives of the project are well socialized, documented, and implemented successfully. On any given project you might interview stakeholders, conduct usability audits, develop wireframes, build and test prototypes, or craft visual identity systems. You may also be asked to research and implement new processes, write blog posts, and speak at conferences.

Candidates for this position must reside in the USA or Canada. We are a distributed team, so you must be able to work remotely, and have an excellent broadband internet connection. If you are an expert in primarily UX or UI design, or if you are a talented intermediate, we are open to hearing from you too!
