AMANST Inc. is looking for Senior Training Specialist for a contract opportunity with Ontario Government. Estimated Business Days: 497 days Must Haves

  • Experience with MIS Solution Report modifications to meet the reporting needs of healthcare client
  • Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is desired
  • Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules is desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions
  • Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance
  • Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions, stakeholders and other subject matter experts
  • Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats
  • Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process
  • Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements
  • Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements Public Sector Experience \xe2\x80\x93 5%
  • 2+ years working in Public Sector in Health Care
  • Knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal health information (PHI)
Training Skills \xe2\x80\x93 40%
  • Design, development, and review of training documentation
  • Extensive experience in providing end user customer service
  • Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance
  • Facilitates working group and information sessions
Management and Communication Skills \xe2\x80\x93 35%
  • Proven track record for building strong working relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to apply strong listening skills to effectively facilitate webinars
  • A motivated, flexible, creative team player with perseverance, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines
