Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will be sourcing, screening and managing candidates through our interview process to offer. You will be passionate about hiring exceptional talent with a commitment to providing a best in class hiring experience.What can you expect from this role?The opportunity to work within a growing team, helping to define TA best practices and iterate current processes with new innovations. It's a great opportunity to make a difference.Responsabilites/Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and Implement initiatives to attract top Technical talent, building great candidate pipelines, managing the end to end recruiting process, and being the Market expert for all things Tech-related
  • Generate and strive for excellence in the candidate experience
  • Conduct initial phone screens of candidates, scheduling further interviews as required
  • Gather and provide timely interview feedback to candidates
  • Support hiring managers through the interview process
Essentiel/ Essential
  • Proven track record in owning and iterating the 360 recruiting process with experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn or other job boards.
  • Passion for delivering excellent candidate experience and customer service experience internally
  • High level of adaptability in a constantly changing environment, always seeking to learn and continuously improve
  • Ability to build strong relationships, great communication skills
  • Bilingual (French and English)
Souhaitable/ Desirable
  • Previous experience working in a startup or manufacturing environment;
  • Previous experience working with Lever
