As a SeniorTalent Acquisition Partner, you will be reporting to the Head of TA \xe2\x80\x93 Canada and be one of the first recruiters hired to help us build out the TA function. You will be supported by our Global TA Team- 100 people strong and counting! You will work directly with senior leadership and hiring teams to fill vacancies and strategize the best ways to market and attract talent to our organization. Everyday you will be using your sourcing skills to headhunt talent and using our various recruitment technologies to tell your story along the way (iCims, Textio, LinkedIn, and PowerBI \xe2\x80\x93 just to name a few). The mission is clear \xe2\x80\x93 demonstrate the value of an exceptional in-house TA team and create trust with hiring teams!
How will I impact the business?
Act as a Talent Acquisition Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 presenting data, discuss market conditions, developing individual role talent strategy
Create recruitment marketing campaigns to effectively attract and source passive talent
Collaborate with your team to ensure alignment on highest priorities, share candidates, and build our TA internal brand
Manage a requisition load, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate through the process
Communicate market conditions and guide hiring teams to create a better candidate experience
Demonstrate your sales skills in selling the role and organization to prospects
Comprehend Gallagher\xe2\x80\x99s business needs and tailor recruiting strategies

Qualifications: Requirements:
A minimum of five years relevant recruiting experience
Minimum 2 years working with Recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM)
