About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is deeply curious and passionate about solving complex problems to come join our recruiting team! Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end recruiting across a variety of roles in the U.S. and Canada. How you will make an impact:

Attract and retain top talent across all business areas including product, engineering, creative, finance, operations, customer experience, etc.

Full cycle recruiting including conducting market research, writing and publishing job advertisements, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing job applications, conducting recruiter screens, scheduling interviews, debriefing candidates and interviewers, preparing and presenting candidate offers, and any administrative tasks as needed.

Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams\' ongoing growth needs

Oversee multiple active searches, prioritize ruthlessly, and manage candidate pipelines end-to-end

Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team\'s time efficiently without sacrificing quality

What you bring:

4+ years of recruiting experience at a recruiting agency or technology company

Prior experience recruiting product managers, product designers, full stack software engineers, or data scientists in a consumer-facing mobile or web application environment

Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.
