Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to create data and logic models and conduct problem analysis and testing on integrated computer and mobile application platforms.

Project Description:

The Sexual Misconduct Support and Resource Centre (SMSRC) has a mandate to provide services to current and former Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, Veterans, Cadets, Junior Canadian

Rangers, past and present Department of National Defense (DND) Public Service employees, family to enhance on-line and in person services. The Confide/Help Confide Applications are a critical enabler for a comprehensive

peer support platform. A systems analyst is required to support systems engineering activities, including the creation and maintenance of workflow, process and data flow diagrams, mapping

the system as it is developed, and creating all deliverables in visual and written form that is understandable to a non-technical reader.

Must Haves:

• Systems Analyst (7+ years)
• DND architecture framework (5+ years)
• Mobile Application Platforms (5+ years)
• Data flow and logic models (6+ years)
• Project management experience (2+ years)
• Degree

• Develop requirements design, and specification documents for systems.
• Analysis of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training
• Create and update (when required) the following documents:
• Program requirements
• Performance measurement framework activities
• Service model
• Functional model
• Data flow model
• User stories and test cases
• Logic model
• Process flow
• Translate business requirements into systems design and specifications.
• Develop various system models, process flows, and other system diagrams.
• Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for solutions.
• Develop technical specifications for systems development, design, and implementation.
