Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the RFP/RFI process and end-to-end implementation of a communications software package solution
Calgary based client. Calgary candidates only. Candidates will work a hybrid model and must be willing to be on-site in downtown Calgary when required.
Must haves:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or with a focus on RFI/RFP software development projects
- 8+ years of experience in software package application implementations (Cloud and on-Premise) and system development projects.
- Experience in documenting requirements (architecture and database design documents and operation guides).
- Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations;
- Experience in project management, planning, reporting and estimating.
- Experience with project management/collaboration tools and/or CRM solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Visio
- Requirements gathering
- Business/technical analysis
- Create test plans,
- UAT coordination and assist with RFP documents
- Project planning and estimating.
- This position requires individuals with excellent communication and inter-personal skills along with the ability to work independently and as part of a diversified team.
- Must have the ability to develop trusted relationships and demonstrate innovation / initiative with a focus on customer service.
