Your Impact:

Site Management & Execution

Lead field operations from mobilization through close-out
Ensure safety, quality, and schedule targets are met
Supervise all site staff, trades, and subcontractors
Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery
Maintain site documentation, reports, and meeting records
Drive a culture of accountability and safety across the team

Client & Trade Relationships

Build trust with clients, consultants, and trade partners
Resolve site issues efficiently and professionally
Proactively look for ways to improve performance and project outcomes
Represent the company's values and high standards on-site every day
