This position falls under the
VOR Master Service Agreement
, expiring April 5, 2027, with a six-month survival clause for active Statements of Work (SOWs) through October 5, 2027. Extensions beyond this period may be possible pending business case approvals and agreement renewals.
Scope of Work
Lead the
design and systems analysis
for various application development initiatives.
Develop
web-based applications
using .NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
Design and implement
enterprise service bus (ESB)
and
interface solutions
using IBM ACE/IIB, WCF, Oracle, and Microsoft technologies.
Support and develop
IBM ACE message flows
and associated integration components.
Provide expertise in
database systems
(Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL).
Develop, deploy, and test
integration applications
; troubleshoot performance issues.
Utilize
PowerShell scripting
for automation, configuration, and deployment.
Design and manage
REST and SOAP APIs
, handling JSON, XML, and XSLT.
Configure
reverse and forward proxy services
and manage Apache server environments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements and solutions.
Apply
problem-solving and creative thinking
to efficiently address integration challenges.
Skills and Experience RequirementsMandatory Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere Message Broker, and IBM MQ
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using these technologies.
Familiarity with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks
Experience in building or maintaining .NET-based web applications using C#, VB.NET, or ASP.NET.
Knowledge and experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP)
Ability to design and implement API-based integration solutions.
Strong expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell
Proven experience automating deployment and system management tasks using PowerShell scripts.
Additional Desirable Skills
Knowledge of

spatial data management

Experience with
