In this role, you will be a member of Argyle’s integrated digital team. The successful candidate will act as an agency leader in helping to engage diverse audiences and solve meaningful business challenges with social media and Influencer strategies across a wide spectrum of platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creative, PR, Media and Account teams to build, manage and evolve social media and Influencer strategies for a variety of brands and executive leaders.
  • Develop integrated social media & Influencer campaign strategies, synthesizing community, cultural and category insights to communicate brand value and priorities.
  • Directly manage internal and client projects alongside team members
  • Conduct regular social audits and align existing content to the stages of the audience journey, while proactively identifying gaps and priorities in social content execution
  • Translate social media analytics into strategic business insights for clients
  • Be the advocate of and help craft Argyle’s overall social media point of view
  • Work with digital team colleagues to influence strategic direction and priority requirements for the digital team

Skills
  • Ability to develop social media and Influencer strategies incorporating data insights, creative, and consumer or societal trends.
  • at the intersection of data, engaging creative and consumer or societal trends to create social media and Influencer strategies for clients
  • Strong expertise in social media and Influencer best practices, trends, and effective measurement frameworks
  • Understand how to leverage social media to influence the hearts and minds of both B2B and B2C audiences
  • A passion for social media, digital community building and management, and digital strategy
  • An insatiable appetite for culture—informed in the latest trends, what’s going on in the world, what people are talking about, and what they’re engaging with
  • oral, written and visual communications skills including synthesizing insights and calibrating to the correct audience
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality of work
  • Proactive, autonomous working style and the ability to lead a small team.

Experience
  • 4 years of social media-specific experience at a brand or agency.
  • Experience collaborating with agency and creative teams in developing social media strategies for brands on platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment dealing with executive-level decision makers and critical business issues
  • A proven aptitude for initiative and innovation

Nice to have
  • Experience with advocacy and B2B marketing and communications
