Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established design build GC dedicated to large scale industrial building projects across the GTA and South Western ON. Due to current growth, the organization is seeking an experienced Buildings Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing an industrial new build project in excess of 500,000 sq. ft. in scope.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the day to day site operations for a large scale industrial new building project
- Coordinate, schedule and manage all sub trades on site
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times
- Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
- All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 10-20 years of building construction experience in the GTA market with specific project experience overseeing multiple industrial new building projects up to and in excess of 200,000 sq. ft. in scope - multiple full cycle project completion experience is a must
- Strong network of local trades; strong on site safety record
- Excellent track record of delivering projects on schedule and on budget
- Strong leadership, technical construction, and software / technology skills
- Team oriented mentality
