As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Calgary\'s real estate landscape.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to join our client\'s dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver top-tier multi-family wood frame projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project specifications and timelines.

Monitor and enforce safety regulations to create a secure work environment.

Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules.

Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.

Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

Ensure all work is carried out to meet quality standards and within budget constraints.

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel.

Manage and track project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family wood frame residential projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality results.

Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.

Safety-conscious and experienced in enforcing safety protocols.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
