Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Senior SharePoint and Project Online Developer.
Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Implementation: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions using Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. - Customize and configure these platforms to align with business needs, including creating workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
2. Technical Project Leadership: - Lead all technical aspects of projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform solutions. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, according to agreed upon requirements and technical specifications, while meeting quality standards.
3. Platform Administration and Support: - Manage user access, permissions, and security settings for Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. - Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal platform performance. - Offer responsive support and guidance to resolve user queries and technical challenges. - Continuously refine and enhance existing workflows to increase efficiency and productivity. - Engage with external vendors and Microsoft support as necessary to resolve complex technical issues or obtain guidance on best practices.
4. Integration - Integrate Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange - Design and build data flows, transformations, and integrations to enhance data accuracy and availability
Demonstrated hands-on experience with the deployment, configuration, and implementation of .Net development.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with the deployment, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint Online.
Successful completion of at least one (1) SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint Online implementation project while in a Senior role (working independently, mentoring other team members, working with clients).
Demonstrated hands-on experience customizing and implementing Project Online and supporting components
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a technical diploma.
Ability to work onsite at a Government of Saskatchewan office in Regina, Saskatchewan Local Knowledge
Experience with GOS, or comparable entities, as it relates to the technical and business landscape. Describe in detail.
Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Developer/Administrator with regard to skills in managing systems development, estimating, planning and scheduling project activities and team resources.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft PowerApps.
Demonstrated understanding of SharePoint programming model, security, safe controls, ASP.NET integration, and compilation.
Demonstrated understanding of Typescript, Bootstrap, Angular JS, React JS and Node JS along with the ability to leverage C# to develop user interface and service solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of document management in Dynamics 365.
Demonstrated ability to leverage PNP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell and Python scripting.
Demonstrated experience taking ownership of and resolving complex SharePoint system problems while engaging additional resources as required, including Microsoft.
Demonstrated experience with InfoPath.
Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Framework SPFx.
Experience with Sharegate tool is an asset.
Experience with Fluent UI and Fluent Pro tool is an asset.
