You’ll work closely alongside our technical experts, PMs and Account Managers to deliver projects that provide transformational value to our clients.

Our team members provide architecture, configuration, development, integration, training, and support services. We have superpowers with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Nintex, and LiveTiles. In a nutshell, we work with enterprise clients on exciting projects and innovative technologies.

The role:
Reporting to the Director of Service Delivery, the Senior Architect will be responsible for:
Architecting solutions that meet our customers' needs
Presenting and demonstrating ideas and solutions both internally and externally
Integrating line of business systems with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, the Power Platform, and other technologies
Planning, designing and leading SharePoint migrations and upgrades
Designing and implementing server farms and topologies, corporate Information Architectures, SharePoint Governance models, and SharePoint security and authentication models
Developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
Building rapport and relationships with clients
Assisting the sales team with scoping service engagements, typically involving complex integrations with SharePoint environments
Estimating projects and assisting in proposal development
Providing mentorship and technical guidance to other team members
Actively supporting Elantis culture
In order to be successful, you will need:
A bachelor’s degree in a technology related field
Experience developing SharePoint and .NET Framework, ASP.NET (MVC or Core) web sites using C# and JavaScript
Experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (both on-premise and Online)
Experience in SharePoint Workflows, Nintex Workflows, InfoPath Forms
Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
Experience performing SharePoint migrations from legacy platforms
Experience with SPFx
Experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET
Experience working with Entity Framework, SQL Server and T-SQL
Experience with software design and implementation including providing advice, analysis, and solution design
The ability to lead and mentor a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach to customer service
A desire to continue learning and developing solutions using new leading-edge technologies
