161 Bay Street (93021), Canada, Toronto,Toronto, Ontario,Senior Search Associate, MarketingOverviewAs a Senior Search Associate, you will join the Performance Marketing team and be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team responsible for driving customer growth and efficiency across Search.In this role, you will partner with leads across the business to shape strategies, own end-to-end execution, process improvements and manage an ongoing testing agenda across Paid Search, PMAX and Demand Gen programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Paid Search space, for example, working with SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc. and will stay in-tune with industry updates and best practices.Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign strategy and testing, including: ad copy, landing page, audience, and channel expansion testing
• Monitor Paid Search Marketing trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
• Daily management of search campaigns from planning & execution to analysis and reporting
• Carry out campaign management tasks including: strategy, optimization, budget control and forecasting
• Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results, disseminate learnings, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations to improve future campaign performance
• Coordinate across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, Business Analytics, Data, Technology etc. to execute SEM, PMAX, and Demand Gen strategies end-to-end

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Paid Search Engine Marketing marketing, planning and implementing SEM strategies utilizing Google and Microsoft Ad platforms
• At least 4 year of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
• \xe2\x80\x9cSelf-starter\xe2\x80\x9d, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and SEM specific technology tools
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
• Ability to work with high-performing team mates, as well as partners across the enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing marketing with responsibilities overseeing high volume and multi-million dollar media budgets
• SA360 and CM360 certified
• Experience in other channels including: Programmatic, Social, and SEO
• Experience in project management
• Experience using SEM Rush or equivalent tools
