The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and other team members, to gather and clarify requirements, define user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take proactive measures to mitigate any potential issues or roadblocks.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across different teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular retrospectives to continuously improve team processes, identify areas for growth, and implement necessary changes.
  • Facilitate continuous learning and professional development for the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and access to relevant training and resources.
  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or impediments that may hinder the team\'s progress or productivity.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of the organization\'s Agile strategy, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive team success.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in facilitating effective meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Proficient in the use of Agile project management tools and software.
  • Valid certifications in Agile methodologies, such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
