Our expert team of SAP functional consultants, developers, project managers, data engineers, and security analysts create value for customers in the utilities, telecommunications, and public services sectors. We bring SAP technical expertise across technical PMO, architecture, integration, data & reporting, security, custom development, system build & administration, and testing. We've worked with some of the biggest enterprises in utilities and the public sector such as Hydro One, Liberty Utilities, the Government of Canada, and the Province of Ontario. We're a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.

What you'll do



The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding the team through Agile ceremonies while fostering a collaborative environment that empowers the team to self-organize and continuously improve. This role will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and aligned with business goals and proactively remove impediments that could hinder the team's progress.

What you'll need




Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

Required Experience

10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership Knowledge of software development processes, tools, and best practices Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms (a plus).
