Summary

As a Senior Salesforce Analyst, you will be our expert in all things Salesforce. YouaAEURA(TM)ll help STEMCELL get the most out of Salesforce products and applications in the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role you will be a key collaborator across multiple departments and key contributor to multiple projects, working on both new and existing implementations. As you gather requirements and user stories youaAEURA(TM)ll help drive STEMCELLaAEURA(TM)s growth and success by reducing redundancy and improving accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities

Accountable for end to end projects from project scope with business stakeholders to performing demos to stakeholders (including writing user end stories, configuration, user acceptance testing, demonstration, and documentation)

May coach and train end users, super-users and junior level Salesforce staff within CRM group

Utilising Salesforce declarative functionality to build solutions, and working with Developers when requirements go beyond point-and-click functionality

Knowledge and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with custom configuration of Salesforce and experience administering Sales Cloud deployments

Experience with business analysis is an asset
