You, as a Senior Business Analyst for Logistics, will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing improvements of Logistics processes and capabilities through technology. You will be the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating innovation from the early ideas through to the realization of our business goals.
You will work together with our Logistics experts to learn and master how we operate our business. You will lead initiatives to automate and optimize the day-to-day tasks of our Logistics teams in order to help us continue to transform the car buying experience. You will also work with the very best and brightest technical teams and technology partners in finding solutions to our business challenges.
You, as a Logistics Subject Matter Expert, are passionate about our key metrics and logistics efficiency. You are the key person to ask the right questions and elicit requirements, discover new ideas and dig into prototypes and proof of concepts. You will outline user stories, acceptance criteria, and support our engineering team to achieve our goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own Logistics business process flows and articulate its governance to keep the entire organization abreast with how Logistics operates
  • Manage the relationship with Logistics Stakeholders and be the liaison between business and technical teams
  • Understand and advocate for process improvements for key logistics roles such as Dispatchers and Drivers
  • Identify and prioritize key areas of improvement and automation
  • Outline features, user stories and their acceptance criteria
  • Lead meetings and support the technical team in developing new capabilities
  • Measure and track OKRs progress and keep iterating and guiding the technology teams to achieve these goals
  • Work together with other Business Analysts, Product Managers, Product Owners and Tech Leads on cross-functional dependencies and an integrated roadmap
  • Act as the owner for the logistics capabilities and technologies, investigate new ideas and collaborate with the team in building and testing prototypes, mock-ups, and wireframes
  • Prepare functional documentation and execute end-user training
  • Facilitate the investigation and prioritization of bugs and recurrent incidents

What You Should Already Have:
  • 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner
  • Experience with Salesforce and Field Service Lightning module
  • Passion for process automation and efficiency
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Consultant is desirable
  • Prior experience working with Logistics processes will be an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or transportation disciplines will be an asset
