Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in our industry sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
