As our company continues to expand across North America, we are seeking an experienced

Senior Sales Representative

with a strong background in hydraulic or mechanical equipment sales to lead business growth across the continent.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers in both Canada and the U.S. Promote and sell NorthStar's complete range of hydraulic cylinder solutions -- including tie-rod, welded, telescopic, dump hoist, and snow-plow cylinders. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned regions or industry segments. Provide technical consultation to help clients match cylinder specifications to their applications. Manage key accounts, oversee sales pipelines, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records. Collaborate with management and engineering teams to develop regional growth strategies and support large OEM projects. Represent NorthStar Hydraulics at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events throughout North America. Provide feedback on market trends, pricing competitiveness, and product improvement opportunities.

Qualifications



Minimum 5 yearsof B2B industrial, mechanical, or hydraulic product sales experience. Demonstrated success in cross-border or multi-regional sales (Canada + U.S.) preferred. Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, cylinders, and related components. Proven record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's licence and valid passport for U.S. travel.

What We Offer



Base salary + uncapped commission

(on collected revenue).

On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000+ annually.
