Nexicom Systems is currently looking for a Senior Sales Representativeon a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a remote role based in Eastern Ontario with regular travel to cover your territory and meet with clients primarily located in Ontario & on occasion, in other parts of Canada
.
Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to management.
Represent Nexicom Systems at various trade shows in both Canada and USA
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the telecommunications industry or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
