Job Description

The Senior Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding the company's market footprint. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing sales operations, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts to position the company as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams. Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities. Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients and partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers' needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Marketing Strategy & Execution

Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and event-based). Enhance brand awareness and positioning through strategic messaging and storytelling. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI on all campaigns. Oversee content creation, social media engagement, and public relations initiatives. Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
Business Development

Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations. Lead the expansion into new geographic and industry markets. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Maintain and grow a network of industry contacts, influencers, and decision-makers.
Data-Driven Decision Making

Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track performance metrics and customer behavior. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness. Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and feedback.

Qualifications



Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

Experience



Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership roles with a focus on sales, marketing, and business development. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives in a competitive market environment. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Skills



Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactical plans. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
