Duties
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify potential clients and partners, conducting market research to inform outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations for contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that promote services and drive lead generation.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage relationships, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
Oversee project management activities related to new business initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a track record of successful negotiations and partnership building.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Proficient in CRM platforms and EMR systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
