As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Handle cash management, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining financial records. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and optimize resources. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality food supplies. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
