We are seeking a Senior Replenishment Analyst on a 12-month assignment. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and optimizing the replenishment processes for our eCommerce operations. You will be responsible for providing valuable insights, detailed analytics, and strategic recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our replenishment operations.

Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME), responsible for detailed analysis and reporting of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Voila replenishment, providing insights to drive better performance
• Provide the replenishment teams with insight, analysis, guidance and up to date accurate assumptions and KPIs enabling them to plan and manage the operation effectively through regular reporting and deep dives
• Serve as a key contributor to growth of key metrics, including webshop availability, fulfillment, shrink, balancing against key customer experience metrics
• Develop a deep understanding of replenishment/demand drivers, benchmarks, and how projections are impacted by changes in assumptions
• Provide detailed and complex analysis to assist with data driven recommendations for efficiency maximization
• Create detailed analysis of pre versus post impacts of service changes like freshness guarantee or expansion in the confidence level, documentation of lessons learned to inform future recommendations and understand trade-offs
• Perform periodic validation of fulfillment/availability/FG assumptions against metric results and customer feedback, advise of potential performance improvements in OSP configuration
• Drive scenario building for process optimization as required to assist with execution scenarios
• Provide the business relevant, reliable, and timely replenishment information including Key Performance Indicators (KPI\'s) and appropriate variance analysis
• Monitor and track product availability trends on the webshop, highlight areas of concern and opportunity
• Provide analytical support to replenishment managers, demand planners, and Director of forecast and replenishment
• Communicate closely and work collaboratively with CFC, replenishment and planning, ownership of cross-functional meetings
• Identify opportunities to automate or improve internal processes for the Replenishment Analytics team
• Prepare various ad-hoc reporting requests and analytical reports
• Provide excellent level of customer service to all levels of the business

What you have to offer:

• 3+ years related work experience
• Background in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or Engineering
• Previous business analytics experience is desired, including but not limited forecasting, integrated planning experience, KPI in depth analytics and process improvement
• SQL & Python Programming experience
• Expert level use of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel
• Experience in business intelligence tools, such as but not limited to Tableau and Power BI
• Exceptional analytical abilities and clarity of thought, significant data analysis abilities
• Strong communication / presentation skills
• Experience in retail
