  • Support the IBP project team in the development and implementation of integrated business planning processes
  • Develop and maintain analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate and analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IBP process for the duration of the project
  • Develop integration specifications with the project team
  • Provide support on master data cleansing and
  • Hypercare support for each phase of the project
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SAP IBP, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of integrated business planning processes and methodologies is a plus
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems such as: SAP ERP / BW, MS Office Suite
