Geosyntec is currently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Recruiter with the ability to act as a lead for the recruitment efforts for the northeastern United States and Canada. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment and selection of top talent. The role will support the talent needs for the assigned business areas with a primary focus on more senior roles and strategic level positions in the northeastern United States and Canada. The Recruiter serves as a talent advisor, is responsible for developing/maintaining a strong talent pipeline and serving as a recruiting process expert. This role will be an advisor to the business with respect to market trends, talent demands, employment law, and compliance. This position can sit in any of our Geosyntec offices in Canada and also offers the option to work fully remote from your home office.
