We\'re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can drive success through hiring exceptional talent while also creating and leading strategic initiatives from process improvements to recruitment marketing. This role is a critical partner to the business, continuously earning trust with leaders at all levels, and partnering effectively cross-functionally throughout the organization.

This position reports directly to our Senior Director, Talent Acquisition.

Here\'s What You\'ll be Doing:

  • Manage all stages of the recruiting process, from pipeline to offer, with a focus on technical roles
  • Develop plans to generate talent pipelines; create and execute robust sourcing campaigns and that will attract the best and brightest talent
  • Be the primary point of communication for candidates, external recruiters, hiring managers, etc. for the organizations in Index that you are supporting
  • Lead the kick off meetings with hiring managers and participate in job scoping discussions
  • Coach hiring managers and give active feedback on the Index way of hiring
  • Prepare pipeline status reports and lead/participate internal meetings to update on active searches
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all recruitment data
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types
  • Drive a positive, high energy work environment that will help attract more talent to the company through constructive suggestions/improvements and activities
  • Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to organizations in Index that you are supporting
Here\'s What You Need:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting and are skilled in filling technical roles
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, innovative sourcing tactics, Greenhouse (or another ATS), Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Strong organization skills and out of the box thinking; you\'re continuously reassessing priorities and improving your recruitment approach
  • Strong record management and ability to keep requisitions organized by following the Index recruitment process
  • Demonstrated mastery of full cycle recruitment delivery and education
  • Excellent proactive communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and roles
  • Strong mentorship skills with the desire to share insights and can make the team around you better - we want someone to lead by example
  • Team oriented; you are excited to jump in and lend a hand
  • Ability to source, pull and use recruitment data to improve processes and pipelines, paired with the ability to present this information to key people in the organization
  • Ad tech experience a definite plus
  • Experience hiring at a global scale is a plus
