As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will build and run a high-performing recruiting engine that brings exceptional talent into Micromart. You will own the full hiring lifecycle--from shaping job descriptions to sourcing top candidates to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Your work will directly influence how we grow and scale our team.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Leadership
Partner with Hiring Managers to create clear, compelling job descriptions aligned to our mission.
Manage job postings, advertising, and the overall candidate pipeline within our ATS.
Ensure job listings appear across relevant platforms and are optimized for visibility.

Sourcing & Outreach
Actively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Build targeted outreach campaigns and nurture sequences.
Source from strong talent pools and curated candidate lists.
Develop and maintain a scalable referral program.

Candidate Experience & Screening
Conduct initial screening interviews and represent Micromart with professionalism and clarity.
Present strong candidates to Hiring Managers and coordinate next steps.
Maintain consistent follow-up and ensure a smooth, transparent candidate journey.

Partnerships & Onboarding
Work with global recruiting partners as needed to expand talent pipelines.
Support offer creation and ensure new hires are set up in our systems.
Coordinate onboarding with Hiring Managers to create a consistent, high-quality experience.
Qualifications

Must Have
8+ years of experience recruiting for fast-growing startups
Proven track record of hiring 100+ technical professionals successfully
Expert sourcing skills with strong conversion and response rates
Outstanding communicator and brand representative
2+ years of recruiting agency experience
Experience with high-volume recruitment in high-growth environments
Strong familiarity with modern ATS platforms

Technical understanding or exposure to tech recruiting
Experience hiring remote talent in the Philippines or other developing countries
