Join Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, as a Senior Property Manager, at our downtown Toronto office. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the properties, maximizing revenue, and ensuring the overall success of the portfolio. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in commercial real estate and a proven track record of success. As Senior Property Manager you will be responsible for directing the overall property management strategy for the portfolio, developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, while exploring innovative opportunities to enhance tenant engagement and improve service delivery. In this role you will manage vendor relationships, including selecting and overseeing contractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality work. This role is responsible for preparing and managing quarterly forecasts and annual operating budgets, including revenue projections and expense management, and supporting the implementation of energy reduction and other sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate management, post-secondary education in a related field and demonstrated experience and commitment to creating a culture of customer service, tenant and employee engagement. Proficiency in key business measures and budgeting, working knowledge of building systems and experience with database and spreadsheet management software, such as Angus and Yardi, are required.
