Vous aimez jouer un rxc3xb4le central dans le service client en apportant des compxc3xa9tences organisationnelles supxc3xa9rieures, une attention aux dxc3xa9tails et une attitude positive dans tout ce que vous faites.En tant que gestionnaire immobilier principal, vous serez impliquxc3xa9 dans tous les aspects de la gestion de votre portefeuille, des opxc3xa9rations et des activitxc3xa9s financixc3xa8res xc3xa0 la gestion des relations importantes avec nos locataires, proprixc3xa9taires et fournisseurs. De la gestion des contrats de service xc3xa0 la supervision des amxc3xa9liorations locatives, en passant par la rxc3xa9alisation dinspections de proprixc3xa9txc3xa9s et la formulation de recommandations, vous aurez loccasion de partager vos idxc3xa9es innovantes.Dans ce rxc3xb4leVous dxc3xa9veloppez et entretenez des relations solides avec les proprixc3xa9taires, les locataires, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs.Vous xc3xaates responsable :Budgets annuels, dans le respect des dxc3xa9lais fixxc3xa9s par le dxc3xa9partement comptable. Veiller au respect des budgets d'exploitation de l'annxc3xa9e en cours et rxc3xa9aliser des projets d'investissement conformxc3xa9ment aux demandes des proprixc3xa9taires.Superviser et contrxc3xb4ler toutes les dxc3xa9penses d'exploitation et d'investissement, les recouvrements, les ajustements annuels, les rapprochements avec les locataires, les comptes clients, etc.Vous avez la charge de l'xc3xa9laboration des rapports mensuels en veillant xc3xa0 la qualitxc3xa9 des informations, au respect des dxc3xa9lais et xc3xa0 l'alignement sur les budgets annuels. Coordonner et collaborer avec les autres dxc3xa9partements afin d'assurer la cohxc3xa9sion des informations transmises.Soutenir activement les initiatives en matixc3xa8re d'environnement, de socixc3xa9txc3xa9 et de gouvernance (ESG) et de technologie immobilixc3xa8re (Proptech). Mettre en xc5x93uvre et superviser tous les programmes et certifications ESG pour les proprixc3xa9txc3xa9s du portefeuille.Soutenir activement et promouvoir la politique nationale de gestion des fournisseurs et d'approvisionnement.Entretien individuel pxc3xa9riodique avec les membres de l'xc3xa9quipe. You can share your innovative ideas by managing service contracts, overseeing tenant improvements, completing property inspections, and making recommendations.In This Role
You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.You are responsible for:Annual budgets, respecting deadlines set by the accounting department. Ensure compliance with the current year's operating budgets and carry out capex projects in line with owners' requests.Supervise and control all Operation and Capital Expenses, recoveries, YE adjustments, Tenant reconciliations, A/R, etc.Monthly reporting by ensuring quality of information, adherence to deadlines and alignment with annual budgets. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion in the information transmitted.Actively support environmental, social and governance (ESG) and real estate technology (Protech) initiatives. Implement and supervise all ESG programs and certifications for the portfolio's properties.Actively support and promote national vendor management and procurement policyPeriodic one-on-one with team members.
