Comprehensive training for the role will be provided if necessary. This position is a combination of in office & field work. The main office (and this position) is located in Dresden, Ontario, with agents and brokers available throughout Ontario. Qualifications: A college diploma or a university degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience. Completed C.I.P. or working towards a designation Minimum 3 years of property claims adjusting experience Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions, with both customers and co-workers Able to perform well in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills. Auto, Litigation, Bodily Injury and/or Accident Benefits experience considered an asset

Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret insurance policy wording to determine coverage and assess entitlements
which are fair and equitable. Confirming policy coverage by ensuring the facts of the claim fall within the scope of the policy Processing claims payments within level of authority after verifying claimant\'s entitlement Maintaining detailed file records by entering pertinent data into the appropriate systems
