About the Client
Our client in the commercial real estate space is sourcing a property accountant for a 6-month contract with permanent potential.About the Opportunity

  • Property accounting for a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
  • Working with the controller on ad hoc related tasks
  • Preparing HST filings
About You
  • Property accounting experience in the commercial / industrial sector
  • Experience with Yardi
  • CPA or CPA in progress is considered an asset but not required
